I’m the Eman the face behind the name. My journey started at the craft table, where my family nicknamed me Elevenzz a nod to the 'Upside Down' and my favorite tech. Today, I’ve traded craft tools for baking sheets, bringing that same late-night hustle and attention to detail to every batch I bake.
